Welcome to our website. Although we prefer being called ADSS, our full name is American Debt Settlement Solutions. There are a lot of names to describe what we do; debt settlement, debt relief, debt reduction… but we prefer Consumer Advocate. Whatever you decide to call us, we want you to know that we are very special. What makes us so special? Our clients do. We work day and night to help our clients get out of debt as fast as possible and for as little as possible. While other companies are out there fighting with clients over money, we are fighting with banks and creditors over your money. It’s what we do.

We figured it was about time the consumer had someone out there working on his behalf. Even if we can’t make a huge difference, every little piece counts, and if we can help you get your piece of that giant bailout package, even if it’s a tiny one, we are proud to do it.
